The remote is fine and works well. We do not have cable and love how it gives you a channel guide for the stations we get. Can't say enough good things about it.

Your employees helped me find this one because a 43" was just a little to large for my cabinet. This worked out perfectly. Thanks.

This TV was on sale and the price was so great I bought 2! I’m very happy with the one I have hooked into cable and the one I’m running off apps.

He loved it, and the fact that this has the fire tv with voice remote is a great advantage. For the price, this is a really nice tv with all the bells/whistles.

It works great as connected to a room antenna and also to Hulu Live Tv. The HULU app is hidden, unlike Netflix, but you can search for it. I might buy a second one for the guest bedroom.

Searching for TV channels are a pain

Marking them as favorites doesn't really do anything. It just moves them to the front, but as soon as you view another channel, it takes the place of the last favorite channel. Guide only shows channel name, not the number. This TV could have been so much better, what a let down.

I don’t care much for the extras on some tv’s nowadays, but this I can work with. Easy to set up and navigate. Bright display and very good sounding audio.

My husband and I actually bought another one yesterday. We have 7 children and its really hard to make em all happy at once. I highly recommend these for a big family.

Crisp image and easy interface but the description is inaccurate: you can't use AppleTV+ on this device without using Chromecast. The app won't load. Also wish the remote had different options since I don't use HBO and PSVue is being discontinued.

The salesman talked me into it and it has worked great! Good buy for the price! Also has child locks built in for set up if you have little ones.

To watch the tv, you have to hit two additional buttons on the remote to get the picture up on the HDMI input every time the tv powers up.

Posted .Hello, I am sorry that you are having a hard time using the TV. The unit has a feature called the last input used. This allows you to go back to the screen you where watching before turning off the TV. Settings> Display & Sounds> Power On> Last Input used.

Only problem is the network drops occasionally so have to reset the info. Not sure if it’s the TV or our network, no other TVs in our house do this. Would buy it again.

Best Buy made that easy (free shipping) and delivered right to her house. She wad screaming about her new tv when she called. She really loves it, and again, Best Buy made it easy to do.

Picture was good, but then every 45 minutes it would turn black and make a honking noise. I ended up returning it and bought a different size and model of Insignia.

I tried to connect my stereo with an optical wire but the tv has to optical out option in the menu. Other than that it is a very inexpensive set that fulfills my needs.

If you are looking for a low price TV with some smart TV features, you wouldn't be a bad choice to buy this.
