Navigation without Alexa (which we do not use) is not as straightforward as we had hoped. The Bluetooth option is not reliable - sometimes works for hours; other times only for minutes. When it works, it is a great feature.

I love that I can prepare the tv for use of a usb stick without having the internet connected. It's just perfect for my exercise room and my workout videos on my usb stick.

Its hard to believe that society has been able to function without one of these TV's. Im old school, so the more advanced TV's become, the more shocked I am. Amazing job Best Buy!!

I love that this TV has Alexa! The mic button on remote allows you to talk to Alexa easily! She can do amazing things like tell you the weather a joke or even play music!

My 14-yr old loves his TV. Works well with Alexa. Software interface is pretty good working with streaming services like Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video.

Stupid cheap for a 1080p screen. I'm not a huge fan of Fire TV - but it works. Using it as a 3rd monitor for my office -- mostly for playing media.

The HP Pavilion 360, with 8GB RAM, 16GB Optain memory and 256GB SSD is a fast and lightweight replacement for my 12 year old HP Pavilion. Very happy with this purchase!

Our first tv after losing our home to a fire! We've had to move the tv a few times and it remained sturdy! Sound bar adatable and the set is perfect size for a mobile home.

Have owned this tv for 2 years now and still going strong. UI is snappy and has plenty of streaming apps to install. Overall great purchase

A little tough for my mom to figure out and we never did get Alexa to work. Every now and then there is a problem with the sound, but it is always fixed by turning off and on the TV. Otherwise it’s nice for the price.

I'm pleased with this product. The only negative review is it only accepts one composite input, and it will not accept a time zone setting unless it connected to the internet.

The quality of the TV is great. Disappointed that I order the TV with 30 days free sling TV and I didn't get a chance to use because it was canceled. Very disappointed

Had to get the Geek Squad to visit the house and set up this TV! Couldn't get TV connected to the Direct TV remote. Now that the problem was fixed, the TV works fine.

This is a great tv paired with Samsung wireless sound bar works great in extra bedroom I would recommend to budget mined people looking to add an extra tv

I have purchased this TV after returning newly bought Roku TV. This TV has the best interface and gives you the capabilities to install external android applications.

This TV was the widest one that would fit in my existing cabinet, so I decided to check it out. So far, I have been extremely happy with it, and haven't had any problems.

Half the time I use as a computer monitor thru a HDMI cable. The other half is PLUTO TV as a cord cutter TV. Still learning how to best use other free and fee viewing.

The integration of the firetv is awesome. Coming from a 24” lcd for my son to this led for his room was a huge improvement. Super bright and volume as loud as you need.
