This tv is good enough. But it smells so bad. I am okay with the resolution, processing speed, and internet connectivity. The only factor is the smell that makes me unsatisfied.

TV is ok but some apps like "hotstar" are not working on this TV, no matter what, just keep dropping for no reason. Sound is also low in this TV. But good for the price.

Turns off and back on when I'm watching. Have to start all over again finding what I was watching. This was also noted on some of the feedback. Muffled sound on some t. And movies

Purchased TV for location without cable or satellite. Over the air only available option. TV is driven to internet or cable based use only. No option to use tuner directly without going through multiple steps to change channels. Not a good choice for this use.

The big issue is that you have to enter the input every time you turn it on I didn't want to return so it's a gues room TV that's hardly used I want buy another

Wifi isn't the way to go if you're planning on streaming but in my experience with it I ha e to unplug it periodically because it freezes

I was excited to buy this TV, however I noticed the software rather slow, and has some glitches where it pauses or switch to different app on its own.

Decent purchase for the price. It's a smart Tv however I hate that it has to be connected to Amazon. Would not have purchased had I known this.

Item failed after 1year 3 months. All of a sudden the top half of the screen went dark then a couple of hours later the whole screen when black. Then it would not power on. I paid for the additional 5 year replacement warrantee but could not get a replacement and they could not take it in for evaluation due to shutdown so now I have to wait. Not happy with best buys service or extended warrantee !!!!!!!

Nice little tv. Remote was easy to use. The only problem I had was it had this burning smell, but after a few days the smell was gone

Super disappointed in Best Buy with this order. Placed the order and was advised of the delivery date for a Christmas present. Then was advised of a delivery exception for a 1 week delay. It never came then either. Then I was advised delivery the following week and noted that on the day of supposedly delivery the item was in Kentucky, when it was going to Florida. I called Best Buy customer care and they confirmed it was to be delivered that day. Then I got a text from Best Buy saying it was delivered to which my in-laws advised the gift was not delivered. I called back again to Best Buy customer service and was told that despite all the emails, they never said it was somehow damaged in delivery and was never going to be delivered, but was going back a warehouse in Kentucky. Then they offered to place the order again, but not before advising it was out of stock and they had no idea when it would be available. Nonetheless, no Christmas present and to add insult to injury I have to wait another month to get my Best Buy certificate back. Won't buy from them again and won't recommend them ever again.

TV is fine. It was very inexpensive and for a tv with inputs for external devices, it might have been good. The smart portion was flaky. Found Hulu crashed regularly. Other apps occasionally, but Hulu consistently made me restart shows and locked up the tv. Wife unplugged it and pointed at it with that twinkle in her eye that said “It needs to go.” Given the good look, I took it in after 3 months of ownership and was told I could not replace it or trade up or anything, it had to be sent in for warranty. I offered - promised - to buy a significantly more expensive TV for some kind of credit. No go. Dismissal from the Geek Squad manager and helpless employee. So, I sent it in for warranty repair. Despite several calls and promises, I have not seen my TV or a replacement for 6 months. Suppose I get it back after the warranty is expired and it still is not fixed? Unimpressed with both the TV as well as Best Buy and I have loved Best Buy for years, but at this rate, I may as well buy from Amazon and struggle with online returns and shipping.

Not enjoying how you can't adjust the brightness of the home screen. It lights up the whole house at night.

Very Disappointed I did not know and was not informed that YOUTubeTV is not programmable on the Insignia fire tv edition.

I don't like how you can't just change the channels like other TV's and I don't like the Alexa but it will do in a pinch.

The tv is good picture good sound bath it’s too hard to set up is take you 30min..

It’s a decent television, the only problem is I have spectrum cable, you can’t get the app on this television.

Great TV besides the fact that is freezes and restarts itself from time to time.
