Really bad smell, fast processing speed

TV is driven to internet or cable based use only. No option to use tuner directly without going through multiple steps to change channels. Not a good choice for this use.

All of a sudden the top half of the screen went dark then a couple of hours later the whole screen when black. Then it would not power on. I paid for the additional 5 year replacement warrantee but could not get a replacement and they could not take it in for evaluation due to shutdown so now I have to wait. Not happy with best buys service or extended warrantee !!!!!!!

Product damaged and BestBuy customer service poor

Placed the order and was advised of the delivery date for a Christmas present. Then was advised of a delivery exception for a 1 week delay. It never came then either. Then I was advised delivery the following week and noted that on the day of supposedly delivery the item was in Kentucky, when it was going to Florida. I called Best Buy customer care and they confirmed it was to be delivered that day. Then I got a text from Best Buy saying it was delivered to which my in-laws advised the gift was not delivered. I called back again to Best Buy customer service and was told that despite all the emails, they never said it was somehow damaged in delivery and was never going to be delivered, but was going back a warehouse in Kentucky. Then they offered to place the order again, but not before advising it was out of stock and they had no idea when it would be available. Nonetheless, no Christmas present and to add insult to injury I have to wait another month to get my Best Buy certificate back. Won't buy from them again and won't recommend them ever again.

Flaky Apps and Astoundingly Poor Service

It was very inexpensive and for a tv with inputs for external devices, it might have been good. The smart portion was flaky. Found Hulu crashed regularly. Other apps occasionally, but Hulu consistently made me restart shows and locked up the tv. Wife unplugged it and pointed at it with that twinkle in her eye that said “It needs to go.” Given the good look, I took it in after 3 months of ownership and was told I could not replace it or trade up or anything, it had to be sent in for warranty. I offered - promised - to buy a significantly more expensive TV for some kind of credit. No go. Dismissal from the Geek Squad manager and helpless employee. So, I sent it in for warranty repair. Despite several calls and promises, I have not seen my TV or a replacement for 6 months. Suppose I get it back after the warranty is expired and it still is not fixed? Unimpressed with both the TV as well as Best Buy and I have loved Best Buy for years, but at this rate, I may as well buy from Amazon and struggle with online returns and shipping.
