Bought this as a first tv for my 7 year old. And I have to say the picture quality is great and the smart features are nice and easy

When I purchased this tv a was a little scared because I usually buy Sony. But it has a great picture and the price was great.

I didn’t think I’d like a smart TV, but I do. I normally watch shows on my tablet, but now I can use the TV. This model has been great.

Bought this for my elderly parents and they were able to set it up themselves. They said it's very easy to use and the picture is good.

The TV works just fine. You pretty much just plug it in, hook up cable if you have it, and you're good yo go. But it has NO controls on the TV, so don't lose the remote.

I own several Insignia TVs and have never been dissatisfied. I have 2 in my motor home and 2 in my house. Great price and great picture

Good quality tv with built in Firestick. Great television when internet is available but not cable

This TV is great,all of your favorite shows either right on Netflix or hulu at your fingertips & just one remote. Great value as well.

Great picture and easy set up. The only issue i have is that the volume is inconsistent. Show intros are loud but the shows themselves are much lower in volume.

Have it in my bed room it is just the right size not too big but big enough to enjoy watching in bed.

Originally bought a Sharp 40". Turns out, it was too wide for my entertainment center. Bought this Insignia 39", perfect fit and love it.

Gave to my son for a bday present. He loves it. The picture quality is great and the ability to connect to the internet is wonderful.

We have this mounted on wall in bedroom. Is great because we don't have to plug anything else in to make it work

I put this TV on the wall of a average sized bedroom. It’s a perfect size for the room and is very lightweight so mounting was easy.

When this TV was purchased, I just needed a replacement TV. But with the good price, I felt that having FireTV was going to be a bonus. 1) When this TV is turned on it goes immediately to its home page and you still need to tell Alexa to change to TV; it should go immediately to TV. 2) The TV randomly decides to return to its home page in the middle of watching a show, which then requires you to once again ask Alexa to tune the your TV station. This happened at key plot moments on a couple of shows and is unacceptable. 3) The TV would occasionally turn off in the middle of a show, and you would then need to turn it back on, and ask Alexa to tune back to your show. 4) If your internet is down, the TV does not work. Alexa needs to interact with the Internet to decode your instructions. 5) The remote has no numbers, so you cannot change channels without Alexa. This was unacceptable. I have returned the TV for credit and replaced it with a Samsung.
