Awesome Clarity

Noticed after having the TV for a few months. The picture doesn't match up to the sound... i.e. when someone is speaking on TV, you'll see them mouthing the words and either a few seconds prior or after you will hear what they're saying. I have attempted to fix the situation several times. Sometimes it works, sometimes it resolves independently, but it always comes back.
