Fair
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was a low budget TV. It worked out okay for about 1 year. Then the sound stopped working. I purchased the extended warranty and had a have work done on it. It took Best buy several months to get the repair work done which was not that great to wait that long.

Not a smart TV, not good value
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I accidentally bought this model, thinking I was buying the Smart TV version that is nearly identical in price. I returned it, because why would I not pay like $20-$30 more for a 1080 (vs 720) version that has Smart TV capabilities?

Posted .Hi Matt.
Thank you for your preferences. We offer other lines of TV's, like our famous Roku TVs and our new line, our Fire TVs. Those have smart capabilities built-in.

Get the geek squad warranty!!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The TV was fine until suddenly it would not respond to the remote. I unplugged it and plugged it back and it worked for about a week. I checked today and found that I bought it on July 29 2019. Representative told me with no geek squad coverage there was nothing they could do and would not budge. It is July 3rd 2020. They will sell you a product barely makes the warranty and won't stand by if you just missed the window. I just never thought a 1 yr old TV would fail from Best buy and that they wouldn't care. Silly me huh? Crazy Eddie would have done better!
