    I can’t even hook my computer to it to watch things like I can on other brands of TVs I had to get other products to be able to stream things

    I was hoping that even though it is a 720p TV that the picture would be decent. I was not happy with it, so I returned it.

    Huge line down screen in less than 6 months. Normally, I have been pleased with Insignia but disappointed this time.

    Wanted a smart tv with built in apps and wifi. Did not realize at the time of purchase it is not a smart tv. Disappointed.

    I thought for a bedroom tv that doesn't get used much the 720p would be acceptable. I was wrong. I returned the tv and bought the 1080p tv.

    When I pulled this tv out of the box, it looked like a toy. The connection outlets felt loose, the picture quality was disappointing, and the sound was hollow. It’s going back to the store.

    I was in a hurry to purchase a screen so my daughter could home school due to the COVID outbreak. I bought the tv without being able to view it live and the picture quality is horrible.

    Just took the brand new TV out of the box, and when it’s turned on, all I see is a black screen. There is probably something wrong with the LED light, because if I shine a flashlight, I can see the words faintly in the background. I guess you get what you pay for. Not worth it.
