    When we first got the TV it came out damanged and had a deffect had to be changed.

    Worked great for about 2 weeks. Now I'm having a couple of issues. I have white lines flashing on screen all the time. I also get some message that shows up on bottom of screen that I can't get rid of unless I turn tv off and then back on again. Will be returning tv.

    I ordered this TV for my aunt in Florida and I live in Pa and recently found out she was sent a 32" instead of the 39". She is partially blind and was not aware of the size I ordered. I am very unhappy about this because I paid for a 39".

    TV LED went out after having it a little over a year. I would recommend this brand because i've read that it's a common poblem with these Insignia TV's

    Sound quality was terrible, would not pick up any channels my previous tv would with antenna. Picture quality was mediocre at best.

    It's not a smart TV? I thought all TV's that sold now days are smart TV's. Not very happy with this product. I either need an entenna or cable... :(

    Not the best TV. IT lasted about 11 months then stopped. I will not buy this product again. I wish I would have spent a little more on a different brand. Best Buy Geek Squad was great to get me a full refund !!

    Only lasted 1 1/2 years. My Toshiba I’ve had for 5 years with no issues. This piece of crap was always destined for a landfill. Spend a little more if you can they last longer.

    Picture and sound do not stay synced. Must turn volume up into the 70’s and 80’s to hear. Picture goes to black and no sound when emergency notices are posted. This was a poor choice for my 88 year old mother.

    If you are loking for a dumb tv, this it. Picture quality is nothing like it was in the store. Bought for my mom whose is in a assisted living facility, ok for her but not worth what I paid.

    Too much money for too little value. This product had barely any setting choices and to few input ports. The picture was harsh and the option for choosing picture formats was missing.

    I had this for two weeks and the screen broke. Pixelated on the the whole left side. No visible damage otherwise. Can’t get a hold of Insignia. I’ve tried for days.
