Worth it!

Good tv but.......
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Insignia tv is good and all but if you are using it to play video games like on your PlayStation or Xbox I recommend not to do it. One day I turned on my tv wanted to watch something but I can’t change the channel or anything. Even if I turn up the volume you can’t hear anything at all and the tv colors on the screen aren’t normal when on a channel. But at least you’ll be able to play your games and the colors are normal lol. Overall this is a good tv to have but not for anything game related.

Please just spend the extra $ on better brand TV.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved this TV when i first purchased it. I thought the sound and quality were great (coming from someone who is not picky about things of that sort). I purchased in June 2019 and I started noticing problems in a few short months time. TV wouldn't respond to remote, even w fresh batteries put in. TV wouldn't turn on sometimes so you would have to get up and plug and unplug it. I've done some research and it seems that Insignia just doesn't make products that are meant to last. Will be going back to an LG that lasted me 9 years.

Sound is awful, a definite dealbreaker
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The TV is fine... but the sound is awful. We regularly go all the way up to 80, and then down to 14. There is no setting that's possible to regulate. Either you can't hear voices, or the action is way too loud and nothing else, or you're just rapidly going up and down the entirety of the few hours you want to watch. We've had the set now for 3.5 years and it's never gotten better.

Shows a picture
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Its an O.K. Tv. For my kids ,so its not like it has to be better than any kids show. It did get a line down it though ,after about a year. I have the Geek Squad protection on it so, its not a big deal.

Problems from the get go
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought Black Friday 2018. Used for our bedroom and 1st thing I noticed is the remote doesn't seem to function like previous TV. The last or previous channel works when it wants to, most times it doesn't. Change channel takes quite a while. Had a couple instances of change channel and no picture. Most likely will return for another brand and spend the $$$.

Tv bargain shopping gone bad
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don’t think this is a good tv at all. It has zero apps, bad picture & pixel quality. The sound is very good.

BUY NEW, GET USED!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was a house warming gift from my sister. Died after one yr & 4mths (after manufacture warrenty). Plus it was a sold as a new "closed box" tv but had a sticker on the back that its BEST BUY RECYCLED. They claim "all our tvs have that sticker" but similar same brand smart/fire 32' tv she also purchased doesn't have the sticker and still works.
