Insignia Comes Through Again

I tried a couple different places before ending up at Best Buy and they had it. The store reps were very helpful. Thank you Best Buy!!

Missing cord

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was unable to locate this cord for my notebook and was advised to go to best buy the item was not on the floor but your friendly sales clerk placed the order for me and was able to pick it up at the store in a week

Finally perfect fit

Bought one on Amazon (said it works for Samsung) no go. Bought one at gas station that said 30 pin will work for Samsung tablet, again, no go!! THANK YOU BEST BUY!!! walked in, walked out took less than five minutes.

Cable

Since it was a fairly old tablet, I was afraid I wouldn't find one. The customer service rep found one, brought me right to it and it was even less expensive than I thought it would be.

I meant to purchase an adaptor for my iPod and should have known that Apple would not be the same as anyone else's, but I thought a "30-pin cable" was specific enough. Oops.
