Needed a replacement for damaged charging cord. Staff very helpful.

While on vacation, I misplaced my cord to my Samsung tablet. My tablet is a few years old and I was worried about finding a replacement. I had to look around for a while; but I finally found it. I can't tell any difference from the original cord that came with my tablet.

I bought this as an "open box" product. I specifically asked the cashier if it could be returned if it did not work. He said, yes, it had the same 30 day return policy as new merchandise. The product did not work with my Samsung tablet, and when I tried to return it on day 16, I was told no, sorry, you only have 15 days to return open box merchandise. This is not the first time Best Buy has pulled out some "special rule" for merchandise that I try to return - another time they were claiming the manufacturer does not allow a return, but they don't tell you that when you buy the product.. I'm through shopping with them.

Good product but it would be great if the prices weren't so much.

I needed a replacement for my lost Galaxy Tab charging cable. Only one I could find that was handy was at BB. This fit with no problems, and the charge is excellent. Found the old cable the next day so I use one downstairs and one in the car.

I went to the Best Buy to get a new longer cable for my IPad2. I rec'd this item from an employee of Best Buy, saying it would fit my 30 pin IPad2. I got home and the pin didn't fit. I've returned it, and was told; "It was for a Samsung not an Apple" It was a wasted 2 trips.

I was wonderful to know I could find this plug @ Best buy

It's a good value for the money but the charging time won't set any speed records. If you are expecting this item to perform as well or better as the Samsung charger than you will be disappointed. But if you want a backup charger and have time to wait then this will work for you.

This product performed as required. I had no problem finding this item. Helpful staff not much more to say but had to put at least 50 characters. So I am just rambling on so I can get my rewards points. This is so silly and I have nothing else to say.

My son's tablet charger was chewed up by our new puppy. We needed a quick replacement that day (couldn't wait for shipping). Thankfully this was in stock at local Best Buy. Still like the brick and mortar for this reason. Thanks BBY!

I had been looking for a cable to charge my grandson's tablet. I walked into the store and the clerk took one look at the tablet and walked over and picked up the correct one immediately. He was personable and very helpful and I couldn't be happier.

Quality is poor. This is the second cord I bought.

I am so happy with this product from best buy, first that they carry a non current replacement cable in Stock and second that it is of equal or better than original quality. I always look to best buy for my electronics needs.

This is a great deal for the price and convenient since you can't really find oem chargers easily without going online. Was just available when needed. Didn't have to wait for it to come in. Just go in a buy and charge in less then 5 minutes.

i bought a old Samsung tablet and went to best buy to buy this cable. every time i plug it to charge the tablet says mtp. so it doesn't charge. it only charges when you completely turn the tablet off.
