I was informed that the product purchased may not be available as it is for an old tablet. The salesman went to the back stock area and was able to find the product vs me having to order offline. Great Customer service

We share a Samsung tablet with my grandson, and would constantly forget to bring charger. With this cable, we can charge tablet with another charger unit. Now we don't have to worry about transferring charger from home to home.

This is more of a review of the techs that found the problem and solved it! FANTASTIC SERVICE! They worked thoroughly and quickly to solve the problem of a non-charging Samsung tablet, thus the purchase of the cable.

Charger was good for a month now it wont charge! Remember Best Buy return policy is only good for 15 days after that you have to contact the manufacturer and hopefully when I contact the company my issue would be resolved.

This was a replacement for the original cable. It fits into the Samsung tablet I utilize for work. I have used this for charging and working at the same time before. It does wonders for getting a tablet fully charged overnight.

Its alright for the price. The cord is longer than the original one. The part that plugs into the wall outlet does get very hot though. I do not understand that. The original one did the same thing and kind of got soft & melty.

As with all cords, overtime they tend to wear out, gooseneck, even break completely. Insignia is priced great given its durability. I'd even say This cord will last longer than the factory cord.

I have wasted a lot of money ordering a cable for my Samsung Galaxy tablet because the product tore apart after a month. The Insignia Charge-and-Sync Cable is still lasting strong with no signs of wear!

Pretty simple...just a charge/sync cable for older Samsung Galaxy Tab (I-905). I was relieved to find it at Best Buy -- couldn't find any at Target, Staples, or Office Depot! Now I just need a proper voltage wall-adapter...

I love purchasing anything at best buy because like its name it is a best buy I have tried purchasing at other stores and had problems everyone at bestbuy is very helpful and make shopping there easy

this charger is so much better than rocket fish from best buy as well, I had 2 go out on me, the wires literally came out the male part. And of course no money back!! So use this brand it's best!

Purchased this to replace the broken cord for my Samsung tablet. It works great and is reinforced in the spot where my original cord broke.

I BOUGHT THIS CABLE AS MY CHILDREN HAD ALREADY BENT ORIGINAL CABLE IN SO MANY DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS, THAT IT NEEDED TO BE FOLDED OVER THE TABLET THEN UNDER FOR TABLET TO GET PROPER CHARGE.

Have an old Samsung Tab, lost the charger years ago. Decided to try BBC, the associate took me to this charger. It gets the job done, not a rapid charger, but does work

I hear that this cord will no longer be available except through samsung web site because the company had decided that my 2 yr old tablet is to old! so the parts will no longer be available at best buy.

Works just as good as the original cable that came with my tablet. The plug that goes into the tablet is a bit tighter than the original, that is the reason I didnt give it 5 stars.

The staff was extremely helpful in finding this scarce cord. I own both Apple and Samsung devices so it's nice to know Best Buy has the replacement parts when needed.
