My tablet will not charge. Best Buy checked out my cord and rather than replacing the whole tablet it was only the cord was so thankful for them

It was hard to locate the cord for my Samsung tablet 1st generation, and customer service found one aavailable in the store. Very happy just what I needed.

This works great with my Samsung tablet. Only draw back - the same as with all of them - is how short the cord is. But, since I already had an extension, it did not matter.

Had a tough time finding this item in other stores. I was unsuccessful at mobile phone stores. Other stores said the item was too old to carry.

I wanted a 65" 4K, 3-D TV but couldn't decide which model I wanted. The salesman highly recommended the Sony. Turned out to be the best choice. Thank you

My Samsung tablet takes a cord like no other. Only Best Buy sells it. Only wish they would last a year instead of 3-4 months. but, it could always be worse.

I'm very happy with the service and the customer service to they were pretty helpful to find parts thank you for everything and keep it up the good work

I use this for a Nook and it was nice that I found this at Best Buy as they are are to find in stores. Only down side is that it takes forever to charge my Nook.

Couldn't get tablet to charge. Couldn't find one from manufacturer. Store employee new just what I needed. It worked! Great job Best Buy!

i use this charger for my Samsung tablet.. the prior charger ( same brand) last about 1yr before it stops charging and needs to be replaced

The charger on my Samsing tablet broke- wish it had been studier but not Best Buys fault. Needed new one and associate helped me find one.

this is the 3rd charger I have had for my Samsung tablet. Disappointed in the number of times I've had to replace it. The 2nd one only lasted about 3 months.

It does the job that it is designed to do. However, it breaks far too easily. This is the third one that I've bought and all three have had the same problem.

The lenght of the cord is ok. The tablet is charging, I don't know about the charge time because I charge it at night. The price is reasonable.

Not much to say about a cord, except that it works. The only drawback is the price. I'm always surprised by how much cords cost.

Instead of shopping around for cheapy universal item, I just told salesperson what I needed, he handed me the pkg, bam I'm done!

Needed another cord after the original cord wore out. Works very well in charging my tablet. Only drawback is that I wish the cord were longer.
