Within 2 weeks of receipt, the small metal connector point at end of cable began loosening & ultimately broke off. Extremely unhappy!! The crazy thing was that upon its receipt I plugged it into my iPad & only removed it from the iPad a couple of times at most. Didn't take hardly anything at all for it to disintegrate. Yesterday, I contacted Apple & purchased the Apple product I should have bought in the first place.

Very disappointed with BestBuy not the service a have received on previous purchases. Did not shop your competitors for this purchase,I will in the future. Very dissatisfied!!

I already returned one pack of three because the 10-ft cable stopped working after a week. Now, with the new package, the 6-ft cable doesn't always work.
