I love it very roomy especially the freezer on the bottom

I wish I had listened to the warnings in other reviews. I needed a secondary fridge and decided to order from Best Buy despite seeing many complaints about damaged deliveries. Before placing the order, I even contacted Best Buy through chat to confirm that they would handle the delivery carefully. They reassured me that damages were rare and promised to take extra care. The fridge arrived damaged. One leg was broken and the corner was bent and pushed in, making it impossible to stand without support. I wasn’t even surprised at this point, just disappointed. When I contacted Best Buy again via chat, the representative apologized and offered me a partial refund, giving me a ticket number and instructing me to call Geek Squad. Unfortunately, I misplaced that ticket number. When I reached out to Best Buy again to retrieve it, they pretended the previous conversation never happened and denied any record or offer of a refund. This company’s customer service has been beyond frustrating, unhelpful, inconsistent, and completely dismissive. I’ve wasted hours trying to resolve something that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from Best Buy.

I love my new mini fridge. It’s just the right size for my dorm room, but it took several weeks to get it delivered. My first delivery was scheduled for a month out and the. It was delayed and rescheduled automatically for a whole week later.

Great small refrigerator with a nice size freezer. Most this size have a tiny freezer but this lower freezer is a nice size. Service from Best Buy was excellent.

This is the perfect way to never leave your bedroom. The fridge and freezer helps to keep the kids out of your most wanted foods and allows for the long walk to the fridge to be cut out. I put this in my bedroom and now i feel like im always on vacation. Good for college dorms, office space, and garage.

It’s a nice little fridge but it’s hard to find a good setting and it gets ice. Crystals the fridge part which I could live without but the freezer doesn’t have that problem . But all in all it’s a good product for the price.

Works great and great size for a garage, is able to hold frozen pizzas in the freezer and a good amount of pop in the fridge

Thus far, this unit is serving our needs. I originally only wanted a small freezer, but by purchasing the Insignia mini fridge and bottom freezer, our needs have been satisfied.

Ive had the fridge for a year now. It works incredibly well. Everything stays cold or frozen. Its sturdy as well. Glass shelves in the fridge portion are quality.

i pretty much like this fridge, it works well and is spacious for a small fridge, the reason i am giving the four stars is because of the ice buildup at the back inside of this refrigerator. But other wise i also like the ease of putting the food inside.
