Horrible Experience - Damaged Fridge

I needed a secondary fridge and decided to order from Best Buy despite seeing many complaints about damaged deliveries. Before placing the order, I even contacted Best Buy through chat to confirm that they would handle the delivery carefully. They reassured me that damages were rare and promised to take extra care. The fridge arrived damaged. One leg was broken and the corner was bent and pushed in, making it impossible to stand without support. I wasn’t even surprised at this point, just disappointed. When I contacted Best Buy again via chat, the representative apologized and offered me a partial refund, giving me a ticket number and instructing me to call Geek Squad. Unfortunately, I misplaced that ticket number. When I reached out to Best Buy again to retrieve it, they pretended the previous conversation never happened and denied any record or offer of a refund. This company’s customer service has been beyond frustrating, unhelpful, inconsistent, and completely dismissive. I’ve wasted hours trying to resolve something that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from Best Buy.

This fridge is by far the Best only having it nearly a Week,keep it at setting 2/recommended.

Pretty large crushing type dent in the back but doesn't effect is performance. I purposely picked a day for delivery when I would be home and present for the carrier. After it shipped, I received a "great news" email stating delivery would be a day earlier than scheduled. I contacted the carrier to change the delivery day back to the day I had picked originally. But it was delivered a day early anyway when I was not home and placed in manner that blocked my garage door. As far as the product itself, I have no complaints. It's very cold on the recommended setting and works great. I like the inside compartments and drawers in the freezer. I would recommend this product for its price, value, and use.

A little concerned about the numerous dents on all sides of the fridge but it seems to keep things cold at the moment. Very spacious for a “mini fridge”. I would give it 5 stars if not for the way it arrived.
