    Mine too arrived with a small dent in the edge of the door. Judging from the fact that the unit is well packed, the box was not dented/damaged and the styrofoam was not damaged I believe that the unit's damage is occurring before the unit is boxed. Best Buy and Insignia should look into this matter. They should also offer something to off-set us accepting damaged units.
