The best thing was how Best Buy stands behind their products. They allowed me to return the unit and and I am replacing it with another Insignia model.

Needs to set temp dial high to get it <33 degree

SO far, nothing has been placed in the refrigerator but I noticed using a fridge/freezer thermometer that it takes setting the temperature dial to the highest to get it to <33 degrees. I hope this will not burn out the thing. Let's wait and see. This review is forcing me to recommend or not recommend this product. It's really to early to say, so take my recommendation with a grain of salt.
