It was the second delivery since the first fridge was delivered severely damaged like someone hammered the top and side of it. The fridge must be damaged before it was packaged because the outer box was in good condition. So after several long long and exhausting conversations with the customer service they picked up the damaged fridge and sent me a new one. However, even the second fridge was not in good condition but I really didn’t want to get to another 2 weeks suffering repeating with the customer service to correct the problem. So, that is how I ended up keeping the less damaged second fridge. I should listen to the reviews. The photos in the reviews looked almost same as the mine. Therefore, I came up to the conclusion that the fridge company has problem with care of their products.

The best thing was how Best Buy stands behind their products. They allowed me to return the unit and and I am replacing it with another Insignia model.
