    Good size fridge. My only complaint is the temperature. The uppper part freezes quickly even when it was set under the recommended level.

    The freezer has never worked in this fridge so I contacted Insignia. The only option they offered me was to bring it into the store for repair. I purchased this item for delivery from Best Buy because I do not have a vehicle large enough to transport it. I am also a 5 feet tall single woman. Insign pretty much said I was out of luck despite being within the manufacture warranty period.

    Dented and scratched! There was no damage to the box when it was received, we were doing some remodeling and finally only recently removed from the plastic. Both back corners on the unit were dented badly and the left side has a huge scratch on it. I am beyond my return date for the product but will never buy again online. SO sad about this.

    Works as expected, but item came severely damaged out of the box. Large dents on the top and then on one side. Likely someone dropped it a couple of times at the warehouse because they are significant dents. Deal of the day discount

    Freezer section works well upon initial start up the refrigerator took about 24 hours to freeze items . The refrigerator section barely gets below 50 degrees Fahrenheit . Tried to return the refrigerator after 17 days didn’t realize BestBuy return policy is 15 days not 30 . Disappointed but it was only 269.00 so I guess I can use the freezer section .

    Had to Return - Compressor ran non-stop

    Apparently my fridge was defective. Set at 2 like it said in manual and compressor ran non-stop. Had to to shut off and start up again. Set at 1, same thing. Set below 1 and kept experimenting to lower setting to get compressor to click off. Still ongoing problems. Returned fridge.

    Totally dissatisfied with product and Geek Squad

    The fridge portion is building up ice. I called & was put on hold with call hanging up. I chatted with Geek Squad and connected with Agent _______ who left me holding in chat after his 5:31 PM response. I tried calling the store, no answer. Service like this is not what I expected.
