Love that it has drawers in the freezer part making it so certain foods can be separated.

Thankfully mine did not arrive with any dents. I initially thought the fridge wasn't working properly as it wouldn't reach 40F within the 1-4 hours specified by the manual (fridge was empty). It eventually got there after 24 hours or so. The fridge looks good and is pretty functional for one person. However, the primary reason for the low rating is the noise level. It is absolutely terrible!!!! This mini fridge is somehow louder than my normal fridge which has about 5 times the capacity... The compressor rattles/hums very loudly to the point where I can hear it on the other side of my house and on the next floor. Seriously considering returning it but what a pain to bundle this up and drag the 80 lb product back to the store.... A lot of other reviews mentioned how quiet it is, that is simply not the experience for me.

Dropped off at our house and couldn’t even make it to the door to open it up and check it out. Will be contacting Best Buy about this! It works fine! How to put it in as is for my mom who just went on hospice.. Couldn’t ask for return due to moving Mom and discharge from hospital.

I bought this on Black Friday as a Christmas gift for my college bound kid. The box was pristine. The refrigerator had a huge dent though. The top back corner was entirely dented in. Ridiculous that they package damaged goods and sell them.

Still plugged it in and it works as it should so I did not see a reason to return it.

There was no damage to the box when it was received, we were doing some remodeling and finally only recently removed from the plastic. Both back corners on the unit were dented badly and the left side has a huge scratch on it. I am beyond my return date for the product but will never buy again online. SO sad about this.

The only option they offered me was to bring it into the store for repair. I purchased this item for delivery from Best Buy because I do not have a vehicle large enough to transport it. I am also a 5 feet tall single woman. Insign pretty much said I was out of luck despite being within the manufacture warranty period.

The refrigerator section barely gets below 50 degrees Fahrenheit . Tried to return the refrigerator after 17 days didn’t realize BestBuy return policy is 15 days not 30 . Disappointed but it was only 269.00 so I guess I can use the freezer section .
