Had to Return - Compressor ran non-stop

Set at 2 like it said in manual and compressor ran non-stop. Had to to shut off and start up again. Set at 1, same thing. Set below 1 and kept experimenting to lower setting to get compressor to click off. Still ongoing problems. Returned fridge.

Totally dissatisfied with product and Geek Squad

I called & was put on hold with call hanging up. I chatted with Geek Squad and connected with Agent _______ who left me holding in chat after his 5:31 PM response. I tried calling the store, no answer. Service like this is not what I expected.

It is perfect! I looked everywhere and couldn't find another one like it, nor something this size for this price! It was well packages, and the nice gentlemen brought it out and loaded it in our truck!

I went with the Insignia brand because I purchased a freezer last year and its been working flawlessly. The ordering process on Best Buy was super easy, I received consistent texts as to when I could pick it up from my local store the very next day. This fridge saved a lot of my groceries that would've otherwise spoiled in Arizona's room temperature weather. Now that I have my large kitchen fridge, I've moved this little one to the garage to keep beverages cold.
