Boxes were opened, no discount given

Both boxes were opened of the only two cords left in the store. They would not discount the torn boxes, then when I got home the cord did not sufficiently access any of the files. I am not sure if this is because of user error on the camera, or faulty wire connector. Be that as it may, I still have not igured out how to get the pis and videos off my camera.

Not what I needed

Which it states on the box. If I was in the store, I would not have bought it. It is NOT the high speed cable required for a 4K monitor.
