The cord stopped working less than 3 months after purchasing. Disappointed.

It was costly, should be included with the product.

The boxes stated these are for iPhone 16 Pro plus, but neither fit our new phones. Very disappointed as we bought them for our vehicle.

Only used in car for a week it already broke do not recommend gas station cord worked for 2 years

The Insignia 4' Lightning to USB Braided Charge-and-Syc Cable is a high-quality USB to lightning cable. Considering USB to lightning is no longer Apple's standard and theses cables aren't manufactured as widely as they once were, I appreciate the effort and quality Insignia put behind this cable. Additionally, the cables made by other manufacturers are generally 3' in length by default. Having the extra foot with these USB to Lightning cables is definitely a plus that has come in handy on more than one occasion so far.... especially in the car for my son's iPad. What more can you say about a cable that originated 13 years ago solely for iPhones and iPads and will continue to be needed for at least another 3 years or until the iPhone 13 or older are all end of life and you can no longer upgrade them. I have a feeling the Insignia 4' Lightning to USB Braided Charge-and-Syc Cable will actually last until that time and beyond. So... until that time comes... this is the part where I tell you I would recommend this cable to you if you're in need of one. Thank you...and good night .

Very impressed with these cords. They are in between the three foot, which are usually just a bit too short and the six foot that is a bit more than needed. The braiding on the cords is nice and tight and the cords seem to be built for the long haul. On first use I plugged it in and unlike some in the past, worked without issue. I have run into cords that the lightening end needed to be plugged in a specific orientation for the cord to work. This cord works in either orientation. As for the plugs, they provide enough grip to your fingers that plugging and unplugging is an easy operation. Although I don't recommend it with any cord, This one seems strong enough that if you did pull it by the cord it probably wouldn't damage if but again, I don't recommend it on any cord. As solid as the cord is, it is not bulky or heavy. It rolled up nicely and went in my backpack with ease. Although I did not perform an actual speed test, throughput seems to be very good. Overall this is a solid cable that fills the perfect niche for me and probably others.

I purchased a couple of these cables before getting them to test and I can confidently say they will last. The braided sheath is heavy duty, yet they are still flexible enough to coil the extra out of the way if needed. Both ends have straight connectors so if you are using a charging block make sure you have clearance where you need it. For most application it works fine but sometimes you need a 90 degree connector. The molded plastic ends are rigid but have some flexibility to move when bending the cable so they are not rigid enough to break or crack. I have used them with all my products that require a lightning connection and have never had any compatibility issues with data transfer or charging like some other cables. I have one in my car, which for most things is long enough but if you are buying these check out the longer pair, you can coil it and make it shorter, but you cannot make it longer. Most of my cables are black, these are white, so far so good they still look pretty good.

Good set of cables that appear well made and the intertwining cable wraps look like they're going to last. Lightning port works great and is smooth. USB-A section plugs in smoothly also so overall this cable performs as expected and data transfer and charging speed appears on par with most my other favorite cables. Package is rudimentary but it doesn't need much. Simple carboard box with two cables twist tied together and they're easy to retrieve. Cables are a bit stiff but that probably lends itself to them lasting a bit longer than the softer plastic sleeving you normally see. Overall length is as advertised and works perfectly in the car as it's not crazy long but still provides you some working room as it allows for you to bring it to your chest to operate it and then return to its normal resting place. Length is also good for bedside if you have your plug on the floor as it reaches fairly readily to the bedside depending on the height of your bed. It's probably a little long for a charging battery as you'd have quite a bit of slack.

This two pack of USB to Lightning cables is a great value for a product that does the job well to sync and charge Apple cell phones, iPods and iPads. I've owned other Insignia braided charging cables and actually prefer them to the typical vinyl type cable. The braided material just holds up really well and is very comfortable to grasp and coils up easily for storage. Both the USB and Lightning ends are constructed very well and insert into the power adapter and devices very easily. The four-foot length is ideal for car and home and likely will be ideal for most using on desks, counters or in vehicles. Data transfer rates and charging performance has been very good. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this brand for quality and value. Best Buy provides a one-year warranty and certifies the cables to work with Apple products. Why spend twice the price and get half as much? Best Buy continues to do well with the Insignia product line and so far, I have not been disappointed in my experience with these products.

It is exactly what it says on the tin: a 2-pack of USB-A to Lightning cables. I like the 4' length as I've had plenty of times where a 3ft/1m cable was a little too short to reach a charger behind a dresser, but a 6ft/2m cable would have been a little extra clutter. It's maybe too long to use as a dedicated desk cable for syncing to your computer, but it's a great cable for a nightstand or dresser where you need it to reach a wall outlet behind furniture. The braided sheath is nice and the cable is pleasantly bendy. It's not completely limp and floppy where it doesn't hold its shape, nor is it stiff where you can't wrap and route it around things. The cable is pliant enough that it still bends around corners easily, but it's also stiff enough that it will hold those bends as well. It's one of the few cables I've used where if you coil it up, it holds the coil on its own and doesn't unravel. It does seem a little overpriced at $17 for the 2-pack ( as of this writing ), so I'd recommend picking this up when on sale. And seeing as how often Best Buy puts their cables and tech essentials on sale, that's not hard to do.

These cables are just the right length to not be too bulky, yet they offer freedom when your device is connected and charging. The white color is natural looking and blends in with most any environments. The cables fold really well, and their shape allows for easy transport. However, the cables are rather stiff and do not unfold in a smooth fully stretched position. This does not affect the function but gives them a slight untidy appearance. The USB and lighting port connections connect securely with the power and device to be charged. I have tested with several lighting port devices and had no issues with charging. The charge time is quick and consistent. It is also convenient that the package includes two cables so you can have an extra handy at all times. Insignia provides a very economical option to the more expensive name brand cables. The quality is just as good, and the performance works just as well. BestBuy stands behind their name brand products and Total members get two years of coverage if anything goes wrong with their performance.

The Insignia 4ft Lightning to USB Braided Charge-and Sync Cables come in a 2-pack at a very reasonable price and are as good as any I have ever had or seen. They are very well made and seem heavy-duty like they will last a long time. Honestly, I have never had any issues with Insignia products which are as far as I know still Best Buys Premium house brand. I have relied on Insignia products for years and do not see any reason to stop now. These charge and sync cables have a nice braid and thicker plastic on the end compared to others I have. They just have a great feel to them and I have used them to connect to my computer, charge Airpods and phones and never have never had any issues. They also work just as intended and look forward to using them until I do not have any more Lightning-based products whenever that may be. If you are not familiar with Insignia give them a try. With all of the cheap unfamiliar brands around of unknown quality it’s nice to be able to rely on a Best Buy brand like Insignia that does not leave you wondering what you have. If you need some cables or accessories for anything just get some Insignia if you are not sure what brand to go with. They never let me down!
