I have purchased this lightning cord several times and they have stopped working—thereby necessitated me having to purchase another one several times (see photo). I’ve also had to purchase the Mophie charger several times—as they also just stopped working (see photo). I have a subscription for repairs but will it cover returns of these items? Dr. Hattie N. They won’t connect to my phone unless I really press them in and hold the cable in place. These are not good.

Really Good quality Hard to break it , but not recommended , cuz heavy not for travel

Excellent device for charging my device. It is compatible with more than one device. The length of the cord makes it usable in different locations.. The price for this item was reasonable. It was easy to find the item in the store. I have been using the item everyday since purchase and it is working very well. You can’t have too many phone charge cords. Need one by every chair and bed. These are a good price, a good length, and do the job just fine.

The quality of the product is very good and also well priced for set of 2 . I was little doubtful that may be it will heat up the device but charging is very fast and no issues with the gadgets. Also the length is a great asset if your port is far and very useful for charging in the car especially for the backseat passengers

The heavier cable insulation appears to offer a longer lasting version of this accessory. Previous versions only lasted a few months before the insulation began to crack and separate. This version of charging cables is becoming increasingly difficult to find.

After my wife broke her 3rd charging cord I found this 2-pack. Saving me at least one trip back to the store. Does the job with the peace of mind of having a back-up.

Needed anew cord for my phone! The girl told me about this one! it was 1/2 the price as the Apple one. And 5ft longer, for 1/2 the price!! It is made very well!! She was awesome! The cord is great!

This is a super long, sturdy and attractive cable. Great price on sale, too.

Bought these charge cords (2-pack) as a less expensive alternative to the Apple®-branded version (which never seem to last very long because of separation between the cord and the phone plug). The Insignia™ brand was recommended by a Best Buy sales associate, and at first glance seem to be an excellent purchase. The cords themselves are covered in a woven material, not simply plastic-clad and are extremely flexible with very secure plug ends. As a bonus, the cost for a 2-pack is far less than a single Apple® branded cord. As for longevity we'll have to wait and see, but our sales associate said he purchased these instead on Apple and has never had an issue after years of use - so we have high hopes they will last.

In the past I though original USB-Lighthing cables same brand as my iphone were best quality and the rest was just imitation, cheaper less reliable. I am convinced now that this cables are as good or even better. See I had one of this for over a year, and carry it everywhere, torture it, bended it multiple times, pulled, etc, and it was never damaged. I bought another for my wife and so far so good, while one original just broke near the connector. Well, with that experience I will continue with Insignia no doubt. I recently buy this extra pair to keep it at work and in the car. Definetively nothing to envy to the cable from my phone brand.
