Not a tear or issue with it since. Will never pay for apple branded cables as insignia are apple certified as well!

Looks like it’s built with quality. It’s made of a cloth material on the outside instead of the normal rubber. Miss handle it though, and the white cord may get dirty.

These were available at a good price and Insignia is a Best Buy brand. They have been good and I am glad I purchased them!
