Well I buy a lot of stuff at best buy and the insignia/dynex/rocket fish products can be hit or miss some are a great product for a great price and other are ok products with a great price this one is great though I have had no syncing or charging issues and I have used this cable with many devices so it gets a thumbs up from me

I needed a cord quickly to replace an old FireWire 800 cord that I had been using with a LaCie hard drive connected to a very old MacBook Pro before the cord suddenly died on a Saturday morning. I was moving around a bunch of old photos as part of a project I really wanted to finish that day. Two ports on the hard drive were FireWire 800, which is a hard cord to find in a store these days. The third port was USB 3.0 A. The MacBook Pro has a few USB 2.0 ports on it in addition to the FireWire 800 port. The Best Buy near me had a USB 3.0A male to USB 2.0 male cord, according to the Best Buy website. I walked out the door and drove to the store, then asked a customer service rep to help me find the cord. Took him two seconds. I confirmed that it was the right cord for the hard drive, which I had with me. He said yes. I was out of the store in under five minutes, including checkout. I went home, connected the cord to the two devices and everything worked perfectly. An almost bad morning turned into a productive morning after all. Thank you, Best Buy!

I originally got this so I could move my powered USB hub to a more convenient location. It does the job and I haven't had any issues with slow data transfer speeds.

I hate this standard, but the cable works perfectly. Why in 2025, companies are still requiring this outdated inconvenient fitting to power specific devices, without improving performance, is beyond me. Having said that, the cable does what it is supposed to.

Cable seems well built and sturdy. Price was good and galaxy 5 is now charging consistently.

I used this for my extended storage and it 100 percent works I've had it for a month and it hasn't broken yet and I move my stuff around a lot

After searching everywhere, I finally found it. Easily connected my photo scanner to my devices. Please with the cost of item.

My husband had a meltdown when he found out the cord to his external storage no longer worked. He assumed he would have to go spend another $100 on one. Me, being his level headed wife, told him to just buy a new cord and it’s not hard to research what kind of cord it took. After an hour, he had the cord in his hand plugging it into his Xbox. Where I believe he almost cried. Has worked amazing since.

I bought 2 regular chargers before I got this one, and I shouldn't have wasted mone on those. This charges my phone up so quickly, it just pit's me at ease knowing that this charger is durable and charges my phone quick enough that I can constantly use my phone without worrying that my phone will die on me even when I'm at 3% charge, the moment I plug my phone it's cheaper are is instantaneous.

I have a Galaxy S5 with the USB3.0 option and was curious to see if it would actually improve charge time and it definitely does. My phone will charge from 1% to full in just a little over an hour (without putting it into airplane mode. Haven't tried it with airplane mode yet but can only imagine how quick it would charge). If you need to be able to get a good charge in a pinch (10-15 minutes), it's definitely worth the money.

I had to buy a new data cable since my other one broke after a year of using it (it was a cheaply-made data cable). This data cable is WAY better than the cable that originally came with my phone when my 1st bought it. This one seems more sturdy; as soon as I got home I plugged it in and it started charging as soon as I plugged it in. It charges pretty fast too! I'm very impressed so far!

This cord is exactly what I was looking for and is the perfect length for what I need it for.

The charge cable that came with the Samsung Note 4 started to come apart near the charger block so a replacement was in order. I always wondered why Samsung decided to make the charger and cable white as they get filthy over time necessitating they be cleaned many times. This cable it more heavy duty than the original, black and when paired with the Insignia charger fast.

I was looking for this cable for a month then I found it in Best Buy easy buying

Needed a replacement cord for my external hard drive and it wasn’t easy to find. Wouldn’t have access to my files without it. If you use the WB hard drives and your cord gets damaged or lost, this is definitely a great replacement

Excellent. I bought this to replace the one that originally came with my external hard drive and it worked perfectly. This cord is longer than the original as well, which makes it great for not having everything crammed together.

Well this was a fantastic find and price. I had a need to replace the charger cord for my Samsung. Verizon did not carry this type any longer and aid that that type was not made any more. So I bought want Verizon had. Then just happen to be at BB looking for some other item when I spotted this. So Happy bought 2, Works great.

Works well. Well defined cable have had zero issues with it and it’s to replace one I had with a ssd external drive that became faulty from years of use. So far this cable has match it and feels higher quality.

Since the cost of purchasing a phone is no longer cheap, I try not to have to buy things for it too often. When I'm forced to, I look for the best compatibility for the best price. This cable works great & is less than the 'recommended' by the company cable. I will definitely look for this brand if I need to replace things like cables or earbuds.
