It's perfectly serviceable for my old Kindle Fire as a charger. I'm just thankful they still make chargers that work with it as it's over 4 years old.

I purchased this to extend the ability to recharge my portable battery pack which came with a very short cord & this will enable me to plug into the power pack & set it on a table etc.

I needed a charging / data cable to replace an older cable that wasn't charging. This one does the trick - charges normally and data transfers work.
