We've been hitting the 100s quite often and sitting in my non-air conditioned office at home, it just did not do the job to keep me cooler during work time. My manicurist uses this size to dry nails, and that's about what it's good for.

USELESS as used, wet toilet paper!

This thing is as useless as used, wet toilet paper. It couldn't blow a bubblegum wrapper 2 inches from a direct hit! Sure it's quiet! That's only because it's barely even moving. It's not worth the gas to take it back.
