It looks like you could plug four of these into this device and there is ample space along the long side of the device for that, but the short side of the device is too short so that even modest sized power packs will impinge on another and even with power cords. It's 2021 and most electronic devices connect via wall warts, not the old style cables. The USB ports aren't doing it for me because even though I have tens of USB charging ports in my house, houseguests inevitable end up unplugging my smart lights, TV sets, etc. so they can charge their phreaking phone.

It started sparking and burning smell came. I immediately disconnected the plug. I didn't even dared to plug the other. What a waste of money and time.

This device is great bc it has 4 plugs, 2 USB PORTS AND 1 USB-C port. I should probably buy a few more and put them around the house.
