Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Seems there's rarely enough USB 3.0 ports on computers today, with keyboard & mouse taking up the two USB 2.0 ports, and only two USB 3,0 ports that usually have a back up drive, leaving only one port left for thumb drives, etc. this gives you the extra ports when you need them, without having to remove anything from the ones on the computer.

Wonderful device

With this all you do is plug it in and thats its.

It gets the job done but the connection wire is so short and stiff, it awkwardly hangs out of my pc and i feel like its going to bend the usb slot from being weighed down via the cables plugged into it. It also seemingly has a power issue as i was previously using a rock band usb hub from like 2006 that worked better than this. Not sure about this. It also only has 4 usb 3.0 hubs, no auxiliary connnections like HDMI or SD slots. Not sure if i would buy again.
