Every time I were to move one of the cables, the monitor would not work. The hub ports for the USB were not sized properly and it resulted in loose connections. I ended up buying a j5 Creation hub and it works great. I didn't return the Insignia hub because it was not worth the time and gas.

When I tried to use this hub to copy files from one device on a USB port to another device on another of the USB ports, the hub continuously shutoff/shutdown one of the USB ports. To copy my files I had to use a different USB hub. No problems with a different hub.
