Had open the lid, unplug the dock and plug it back in to detect the monitor. I also had external power going to it. Got another Belkin and things work well again.

They were continuously connected but declared not removed.

USB-C, HDMI Dead on Arrival.

Is the worst Adapter, only USB3 port works USB C and HDMI wont work, as I was very far of the Store I opted for not returning, but for real, dont buy this.
