Scared me at first because my Longarm would not connect with the tablet I purchased (BUT no longer has USB ports). This was to be my substitute. I found out that I was missing a "driver" for my software that was unable to be downloaded. Finally got that taken care of and longarm is now working. Yay!!! I'm very happy. Upgraded from Windows 7 tablet (10yrs old) to Microsoft Surface Pro 9.
