Simple to use and disconnect. I use this for my laptop that only has one ISB port so it has helped out greatly. And it doesn’t take much space in my travel bag.

Where a laptop just 3 years ago would have 4 or 5 USB ports on it now they have 1 or 2 so it becomes necessary to have more and that is what this does and does it well it also allows for the use of older USB devices to be used on the new USBC system.

My wife has used it to charge her iPhone and her Bluetooth headphones. It works great for her wireless mouse/keyboard receiver as well. Great value for the cost...would recommend.

Plug in a few things, got a cord mess. Bought a new laptop, did not realize USB-C was Thunderbolt with a different shaped connector, of which the laptop only had 1 that was taken up with a wireless mouse!

I don't need that now since I have purchased the Apple Magic Keyboard and Mouse and went bluetooth.

I had a C port in the back end of my computer and it was like the last thing I could use to add more external hard drives. I can say it works quite well and I'm happy with the performance. I like Insignia products, I've bought a few of them and they all do the job.
