Wanted to down load pictures using my usb port. I noticed the on the new laptop the size of the usb port was smaller than kn my old computer. Had to buy new accessories usb c to use with the memory stick also connecting my printer as well. Salespeople was very helpful explaining what I needed.

I had purchased one with more port options from Amazon. After a year it stopped working so I hope that is not the case with this one. I am looking forward to its longevity.

Quick fix for usb hub
