Disconnects after a min or two

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Finally got a chance to use this, and it keeps disconnecting from my computer with no warming (I get a "make sure you eject this next time!" pop-up from Mac). It is still lit up so it is still receiving power, but I am trying to transfer photos from a memory card and it keeps canceling. Piece of crap.

Glitchy and distorted signal through it's use. Even when hub is connected to the computer with no other devices connected it would lose connection and restart. Maybe I got a bad unit or there's a compatibility issue with my Alienware laptop and the hub. Unfortunately I will need to return this hub.

no external power delivery

But this product has limited use, The USB Power Delivery port should supports Fast Charging protocol, Charging Power UP to 100 W, for USB C Hub. There are many online products like that, please stock them, we love it.

Not an A plus item

Major lag and stutter

Tried different ports with no success. (Macbook Pro 2018) I am looking into powered options now.
