Everything appears to be in order, but it is difficult to tell because NO instruction booklet came with it. No part list nothing. I received the toaster oven a rack, a tray and what I assume is a crumb tray. Also, the package was delivered to the rear of my house and left sitting in a puddle off the driveway! They didn't even bother to put it on the deck. Thankfully my son came to visit and grabbed it. No wonder so many things get stolen before the owner can get to them.
