    I had a blue insignia cord that we had bought a year ago, or more. I was trying to replace it, but they don't carry it any longer. This works fine, and they were so helpful in the search for the cord I needed. It was a busy day in Best Buy, but they were helpful, and so courteous. Some stores could learn from them.

    Found and old device and couldn’t find the right cord. The sales clerk knew right away want I needed and found it quickly. Seems sturdy and well made. 4’ length is more than enough to attach to my laptop.
