    The cable that comes with most external drives is so short that you can't move the drive around at all. This cable works with all my external drives and is long enough to allow me to put the drive where it makes sense.

    Easy to use and is easy to connect to pretty mich anything that allows it...plus,its the proper sync certified cable so you wont end up messing up your equipment or damaging your battery as with other cheaper knockoffs..

    YEAH YEAH YEAH..this is for a Samsung phone. But I needed a USB 3.0 cable for a external hard drive. AND THIS BAD boy does the trick. Just make sure you look at the connector, for your needs. Dont let wording scare you.
