    Best Buy staff was wonderful, helped to figure out what other wire could be used in a shorted out hard drive wire when the original was not available.

    The cables were purchased due to an issue with an external hard drive. However, changing the cable did not resolve the issue and after further examination, the hard drive was not operational. Unable to rate the cable due to this.
