    Since my truck comes with more USB outlets than anything else, I needed a cable to charge my phone without using the typical 12v round charging spot. Plus, since there was a USB outlet in console, I can leave it plugged in.

    As I walked past several employees, I was never acknowledged. And, I have heard this from several different persons, that this is the same experience. The third person that I came "eye to eye" with, asked me if I needed help, and he knew exactly where the product was located, and was very helpful, and even asked me if there was somethiong else I needed.
