The charger/ sync cable is good this time. The WD storage unit is bad this time. I recently replace a charger/sync cable on this WD storage unit with a Best Buy Insignia 4' Micro USB 3.0 Charge and Sync Cable. The WD storage unit is still under warranty, so I will get a replacement storage unit per technical support.
