Yes, theirs would not work even through I specifically told her I needed it for my external hard drive. Nope...wasted money. Sure I could have return ONLY for store credit...ummm...I will never go back to that store. Came to Best Buy, told him what I needed. Guided me to the correct item and it works perfectly! Lesson learned...will come to BB ALWAYS!!!
