Works well, good length, braided cable is nice seems sturdy

I bought this for my 12 year old son because he is always breaking his charger cords from ripping them out of the wall. This one is super sturdy and so long that it reaches all over his room and doesn't come out of the wall!! Best cord ever for $20

So, I have an older iPad that I let my granddaughters use and, of course, the charging cable had eventually seen its last days. I looked at Apple cables, but the price didn't make sense to me. Going out on a limb here, but the Insignia cable is one of the most well-made cables I've seen. The ends are strongly reinforced with a rubbery covering that goes up far enough on the actual cable to prevent a short in that area. Also, the actual braid of the cable is nice and thick...not that cheaply made braids you see on the market now. Here's the best part, as if a well-made cable isn't enough, you get two -- yes, two ten-foot cables in the box for around $30 bucks. The OEM Apple cable was a 6 footer, I believe, for the same price. This purchase was a no brainer!

Great for charging when on trips and staying in hotel room where the long cord comes in handy.

It is convenient to use , due to the length of the cord , it can be plugged in behind furniture .It is strong and charges quickly.I have had several other types which had a short life , breaks easily, not as strong as this one .I highly recommend this one .

So far, so good! It is hard to tell how great a cable is until it has been in service for an extended time. This cable will charge my phone in the car. It looks good and seems durable.

I WILL KEEP BUYING THIA CABLE OVER AND OVER! Love the 10ft option because I can reach my phone from anywhere in my room without having to move (I know lazy) lol but it’s great! The newer option is braided which is even better because the cable doesn’t break as easy from being bended!

Works just fine so far. I have always been wary of using non-Apple branded lightning cables for charging iPhones because I’ve seen (and heard of) many cases of either the phone rejecting them after a while or the phone’s battery becoming damaged due to incorrect wattage. But I use this cord to charge my phone every night since I got it, and I haven’t had any issues. I like how the cable isn’t just bare white heatshrink or whatever flimsy rubberized stuff Apple uses on their official chargers that break. This one is wrapped and durable. I only wish I’d bought one that was a little longer.

I love this item, it’s well-made. It was a great price and it’s exactly what I wanted. The charger is very long and that’s very convenient.

This is a sturdy, dependable cable and at a very reasonable price. It's not the first time I have chosen the Insignia brand over the Apple brand.

Excellent price for two cable charge with enough length to lay down in bed and your phone being charge at the same time. The material looks durable and that is gonna last more than two months that usually is the life of the ones that my daughter's had before.

Looking over the options in-store, these seemed to be what would work, so I took a chance. Out of the box, they are great quality and a good length for keeping in my cars for charging. Excellent item for the price.
