    Throwing it out

    I didnt like the stiffness of this cable. I wanted to coil it, and that cant be done. Basically have to fold it, and that leads to crimping and broken wire. Also, the connector is an exceptionally tight fit, and requires too much force and/or wiggling to unplug, which will eventually break the connector loose inside the phone. Think my best bet is to cut my losses and throw this cable out.

    I put this charger in my car and it doesn’t charge just keeps it at the same percent. I’ve had this problem with insignia chargers before or they will break a lot sooner. I recommend finding another brand or if you can just get the apple brand that’s probably your best bet.

    It has been 5 weeks since i bought this cord and it is not working anymore and i see here it is not returnable abd i cannot exchange it its sad

    Best Buy Return Policy is Ridiculous

    These cords do not stay plugged into phone, tried with multiple devices. Tried to return and Best Buy has ridiculous 15 day return policy so now I'm stuck with useless item. Would not recommend this product or Best Buy.

    Picked this up for my new Samsung Note 20 Ultra and seems to do the job, it will randomly not connect to the phone some times , but works most of the time

    Very disappointing performance from these charging cables. First few attempts, there was no charging at all. Finally got it to charge my phone in the car but it charged very slowly. I would not purchase these again.

    I guess it's a better deal than buying one cord for full price but only one of the two worked :/ I thought it was just not agreeing with the way it was sitting in my car port but when I tried using it at home but I had to bend the cord a certain way to get it to charge my device and I couldn't leave it alone because then it would stop charging. A wireless charger would def be better that a cord you'll probably ruin moving around.

    I asked for help locating this charger when I went to the phone center where they assist with cellphone, a white guy quickly brushed me off saying it’s over there (pointing) so he could continue his conversation with his coworker which I found very rude I responded back please show me I’m not familiar with purchasing things like this, he didn’t even say anything just walked to it and I followed him and I even thanked him and he ignored it, I don’t know if he was racist because I’m Afro can American or having a bad day I never want to go back there again if he is still there I felt very uncomfortable.

    Worked good at first then it stopped staying connected to my phone. Literally just slips out of the charging port. So annoying. No other USB C charger I have does this.
