    Bought to use in conjunction with my phone to enjoy Android Auto on my motor cycle. It would not work. I had to use the cord that came with the phone.

    Doesn't work good on the fast charge takes almost a hour to fully charge. Would of returned it unfortunately threw the box away.

    Trusted i was getting what i paid for since it was coming from bestbuy! One charger was longer than the othe one. Couldn't return it because it was past the time to return. Next time i will check product right there in the store

    It worked well at first and it charged all my devices pretty quickly. But both wires lost its charge after a couple months of use. This is no better than all the junk off brand Chinese wires I buy from amazon. I thought by buying charging cables from BestBuy I'd avoid the issue of junk wires. I'll continue looking else where to find one that doesn't stop charging after a few uses.

      I really do apologize for the inconvenience that you've experience since you mentioned that you did purchase this item perfectly working but unfortunately after a couple of months that it has been used both wires lost its charge and also we appreciate your feedback. A fine quality USB-C cable should last you a good 3 to 5 years. Short-length cables do much better in this regard than long cables. If you don't use the cable every day and take good care of it, then a USB-C cable can even last you for more than 5 years.

    cords are braided and bendable not a cord worth using daily but is good for portable charging bank when in a charging pinch

    Cord failed and battery went dead while driving with GPS. Had to find a Starbucks to plug-in with a different cord. Will only buy Apple cords or Apple approved cords from now on
