Someone from the Cell phone department recommended this cord as the best solution. When the phone is turned off it will charge at a decent pace but when it when its turned on it keeps the status quo or loses power depending on what I am doing on the phone. Its a brand new phone and the chargers I received and additional chargers I purchased with the phone work way better.
