What I use is Type-C to Type-C and it works well with the outlet plug-in that came with my prior charger. fast charging, reliable, and the cable itself is sturdy. definitely would buy again.

It is a bit long and a bit hearty for anything I might need it for, but the four and five footers were out of stock on the rack. To make matters worse, these were incorrectly hung in the wrong place, and under a price tag for a cheaper cord. Too many feet of too hearty a cord for more money than I'd have preferred to spend. But the damned thing will probably outlast the devices I'm using it with, so it'll be the best cord ever, until it gets retired, when it becomes underwhelming as a jump rope.

This was a great cord! Perfect length for me to plug into the wall but sit on my couch. The braiding on the cord is durable, with stands my kitty gnawing on it and looks less likely to fray down the road. And best of all the price is way more in my budget then an ‘official apple cord’. Definitely a great purchase!

I bought a higher power car adapter to charge my phone, but the USB A port charged at the same slow rate as my old charger. My phone charges much faster using this cable connected to the USB C port of the car charger.
