I paid so little for it that if it breaks, I'm not going to mind. Picture seems decent, size was what we needed. Build quality seems fine. My understanding is the panel is actually made by LG. Price was definitely right. Could it use more than the 2 HDMI ports? Sure. But nothing a switcher can't fix.

My son's dorm TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When we left the house, my son had a 32" Samsung in mind, but when he was able to find a bigger TV with a comparable 1080p picture, he tooke the advice of our salesperson: You want to make friends in the dorm? We figure he can bring people to his room for movies and games and then weed out the ones worth keeping over the first semester. This was a good deal.

Great value for the money

I was a little skeptical at first but when I saw the tv playing in the store, I was impressed by the picture quality. When I got it home, it was equally as nice and the speaker was clear. Only wish it had more than 2 HDMI inputs but I was able to fix that by buying a HDMI hub for $6 online at another website.

For a 40" LED with 1080p it was a far better deal than any 32" 1080p I could find for the price. I think the sound is pretty decent compared to most flat screens I have heard. The only thing that would have made this tv better, for the price, would have been if it had built in smart tv features.

Awesome TV

This one took the place of an Insignia 32" in my bedroom. I mounted the new tv to the wall and wow what an improvement to the overall room. I would highly recommend this brand and size to anyone wanting to upgrade a smaller tv in their bedroom or living room.

First TV wasn't dissapointed

With my new job I had to buy one. Got this TV at a Black Friday deal. I wasn't expecting much from this TV. I got this TV with Amazon Fire Stick and Oh Boy ! I could not believe the quality. With fire stick I get most of the channels that I like for free.
