I didn't want to spend a lot of money, but the sales clerk showed me the features of the Insignia and I really liked it. My son and his wife are very pleased with this TV. The picture is clear and vivid and the sound is good. The additional 3 year warranty for $39 makes me feel like I'll get my money's worth.
